Hair smell
Wash the hair at the factory with warm water and shampoo, and we will apply hair oil to the hair before shipping, protecting the hair from dye during long-term shipping. However, the smell will disappear after washing with a good shampoo and conditioner.
Body wave hair texture
Wavy/curly hair is made by steaming, without any chemicals, so the texture will be looser after washing. Please understand that we do this to preserve the lifespan of the hair and its natural condition.
Hair care products
Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft & manageable. Let it air dry, rather than blow drying it.
Color
All hair can be dyed/bleached with any color, except #613, but remember virgin hair will dry easily after leaving the donor hair, so don't dye or bleach your hair too often, because it will damage the hair. Please also do it professionally.
Long
We will double check the hair type and length before shipping. -When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it, so you can get the correct length.
Gray hair
Undyed virgin hair has some strands of gray in it, we usually take the hair in production, but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray, please understand, and take some of the strands yourself. Thank You.
Ensnare
Hair can get tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt buildup, salt water chlorine, and not combing your hair (wide tooth comb) every day. Make sure to wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use olive oil to polish it smooth or consult your stylist for further help.
The ends are split/dry
Only virgin hair has split ends. Our hair will be a little dry after coming out of the hair donor, because it loses human nutrition. You can add a little argan olive oil to keep it delicious.
