    This is a print on demand product, about 3 working days for handling is required before the item shipped.
    It takes about 4 - 7 business days for delivery for USA order, 
    We use a selection of shipping services such as DHL,  USPS etc.
    for shipments other than US we will ship our factory items in CHINA

    Local pickups and combined shipping options are not provided at this time
    As it's print-on-demand, we do not accept the cancel request when it's moved to production. It can be cancelled when it's in processing time. We are working hard to deliver the package as soon as possible so after one day from ordering, it's moved to production.

Return

    You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
    If you not satisfied with our product and services please do not leave negative/neutral feedback before give us an opportunity to resolve the problem first.
    Before returning please contact us with the reason for return. If you send us a proof like the picture, it will be easier for us to handle your problem
    If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you purchase (damage or not as described), please contact us so we can talk about the options, simply return your order to us and we will either send a replacement or refund your money (exclude shipping rate).
    SHIPPING is the responsibly of the buyer and is "NON REFUNDABLE".
